Dispensing & delivery
Renvo does not dispense or send out medication. Where your clinician prescribes treatment, a registered dispensing partner supplies it to you. Here is how that works.

How your prescription reaches you
After your consultation, if your clinician decides treatment is appropriate, they issue a prescription and we send it to our dispensing partner.
The pharmacy contacts you directly to arrange supply and delivery. Any questions about tracking, timings or packaging are best directed to them.
We will tell you when your prescription has been sent, so you know to expect that contact.
Timings
[to confirm] — confirm the dispensing partner's standard turnaround and delivery options before publishing.
Timings depend on the pharmacy and on the medication prescribed. We will always be straight with you about what to expect.
Storage and handling
Some medication needs to be stored in a particular way, refrigerated for example. Your clinician and the dispensing pharmacy will tell you what applies to yours.
If a delivery arrives and something looks wrong — damaged packaging, or it has clearly not been kept as it should — do not use it. Contact us and we will sort it out.
Returns
Prescribed medication cannot be returned or reused once it has been dispensed. This is a safety requirement, not a commercial policy.
If something is faulty, damaged or was supplied in error, tell us and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If something has not arrived
Contact us at [to confirm] and we will chase it with the pharmacy. Do not go without treatment while waiting — tell us and we will help.
Renvo is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
